Yes,we can provide sample for you to do the test and check the quality.If you need the sample, please feel free to contact with us.

2.What about lead time?

The lead time of sample is at least 7 days. The lead time of mass production is around 25 days.

3.Can you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we can do ODM&OEM, put your logo on the light or package both are available.

4.How about the period of time of your product warranty?

Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products; we can confirm it depends on different products.

5.How is the After Sales Service?

We have a professional team which is in charge of after-sales service, also a service hot-line dealing with your complains and feedback.

6.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

If we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and ship are also optional.
